successful implementation of software at client sites</li> <li>Participate as technical representative in sales calls/meetings</li> <li>Identify and involve project champions, stakeholders and user types for each project</li> <li>Conduct meetings at client sites, including requirements gathering meetings and prepare effective documentation</li> <li>Develop detailed diagrams of user s work processes</li> <li>Act as a liaison between the clients and Care Systems software design and development team</li> <li>Provide technical support to clients</li> </ul> <p><b>Position Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>BS/MS in Engineering, Management or Nursing Informatics</li> <li>Relevant experience in managing project activities and communicating milestones with staff and clients</li> <li>Experience in improving nursing or related processes is a plus, e.g. management engineering processes within a hospital</li> <li>Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio)</li> <li>Willing Travel 25-75%, domestic and international</li> <li>Excellent communication and organization skills</li> <li>Excellent workplace ethics, pursues excellence, and is able to work both independently and in fast paced teams</li> </ul> <p>To apply for this position
